Lisa A. Cavallari, CAIA, FRM is the director of derivatives trading at Russell Investments. Prior to Russell, Lisa was a portfolio manager and trader at Barclays Global Investors (now BlackRock). Prior roles involved managing derivative overlays for large pension plans, creating a hedge fund at ZGI Group and a year as a researcher at Ibbotson Associates. She holds Series 24, 7 and 63 licenses and is both a CAIA and FRM charter holder. Lisa earned a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Statistics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
